Modular expansion of the capacity of pre-filled syringes production on an existing site

Schedule certainty along with rapid and predictable operational start-up were critical elements for this client and the project team.
KeyPlants provided the client with internal modules to support filling of a vaccine filling operation (2,800 m²/30,140 SF).   The scope included an aseptic filling line suite, buffer preparation, formulation, CIP, VHP, material staging, and inspection.

Designed and delivered in 13 months from start of Detail Design this single facility supports multi-product approach for two stand-alone product franchises.
